Instructions for Paper Submittals

- Follow the link provided in the Abstract Accepted Notification email that was sent to you, and submit your paper for HB2009.

- Provided below are guidelines and information on paper review process.
GUIDELINES:
1. Make sure to check spelling, grammar, all text and figures before submitting your "Full Paper" using the online system.
2. Eliminate any references that are commercial and/or product advertisement.
3. Maximum paper length is 4 (four) pages.
4. Each presenting author may present one podium paper and one poster presentation.
5. Each presenting author must be registered to attend HB2009 in Syracuse, NY.
6. Any or all co-authors are encouraged to register and attend HB2009 in Syracuse, NY.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY PAPER, AND WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY PAPER?
Step 1: First you must Upload a PDF or Word 2003 file of your paper, following the link provided in your Abstract Accepted Notification e-mail. You should have received this in early March 2009.
Step 2: Your paper will be peer-reviewed.
Step 3: You will receive an email alerting you that a reviewer has provided feedback. The reviewer will decide if your paper is Final or Needs Revision. If it Needs Revision, the reviewer will provide comments to help you with your edits.
Step 4: If your paper Needs Revision, you will repeat steps 1 through 3. If your paper is Final, your work is complete.
NOTE: The deadline for Final Papers, after completing any needed Revisions or Corrections, is no later than June 1, 2009.
