HB2009 Shipping and Handling

SHIPPING & DRAYAGE INFORMATION

If you are shipping your exhibit display and/or materials, you have two
options:
 
1) Please fill out the drayage form. Click here for the decorator forms if you
anticipate your display/or materials arriving prior to a week before move in.
There is a charge for this drayage. Also if you need labor to set up your
display, that form is also included. There is a charge for labor.
 
2) However, if your display/or material will be arriving between Monday September 7th and Friday September 11th, these can be sent directly to -

Syracuse, NY 13202
 
Please mark your display/materials that this is for the OppEx Expo at Healthy
Buildings 2009 along with the name of your company and booth number.
 
There would be no charge for this storage.

***Please note that you are responsible for setting up your own display unless
you contracted with Northeast Decorating to set up your display and there is a fee for this***
